Cutting the Cake

Here are just a few ways:

  1. Cut the cake into three rhombi, and divide each into four rhombi.
  2. Cut the cake into three rhombi, cut each in half parallel to a side, and then cut each piece into two triangles.
  3. Form a six-pointed star with six rhombi; the remaining six fill in the corners.
